Celebrating Tara Bigelow’s Graduation:
J. Fletcher Creamer & Son proudly congratulates Tara Bigelow (she/her), our Contracts & Compliance Department Manager and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Officer, on her recent graduation from Montclair State University. Tara earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
Tara’s journey with Creamer began 17 years ago when she joined as a receptionist in 2007. Her hard work and determination saw her rise through various roles, from Estimator’s Assistant in 2008 to Contracts Associate in 2011, Senior Contracts Associate in 2013, and ultimately, to her current position.
In September of 2020, Tara decided to further her education. Encouraged by her manager, she enrolled in an accelerated online program. Despite the challenges, Tara’s commitment never wavered, thanks to the constant support from her colleagues and the Creamer’s tuition reimbursement plan. “The encouragement from my manager and executives was crucial in my decision to go back to school,” Tara shares.
